Dubai time explained
Dubai keeps Gulf Standard Time all year and has never observed daylight saving. Its four-hour offset makes it a genuinely convenient midpoint: the working day overlaps with the European morning and the East Asian afternoon, which is a large part of why so much business routes through it.
Dubai does not observe daylight saving. Its offset from UTC is the same all year round, which makes scheduling with it noticeably simpler.
Reaching Dubai
A Dubai afternoon reaches London as it opens and Singapore before it closes — a genuinely rare combination, and much of the reason so much business routes through the city.
