What is useful to include
For a bug, these four things usually make the difference between a fix and a guess:
- Which page — the clock, timer, stopwatch or world clock.
- Your browser and device — for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on an iPhone".
- What you did and what happened instead of what you expected.
- A screenshot if it is something visual.
Timing problems specifically: it helps to know whether the tab was in the background, whether the screen was off, and roughly how long the timer or stopwatch had been running.
Feature requests
Worth asking for. Things already under consideration include an alarm clock, a Pomodoro timer, preset one-click timers and offline support. If one of those is what you came looking for, saying so helps it get built sooner.
Privacy and data
Questions about what the site collects are answered on the privacy page. If something there is unclear or you think it is wrong, that is worth an email — being accurate about it matters more than being brief.
Advertising
Ads are served by Google AdSense and chosen by Google, not by us. We cannot remove a specific advertiser on request. If you have seen an ad that is genuinely inappropriate, tell us which page and roughly when, and we will report it — and you can also use the small ✕ or ⓘ control on the ad itself to report it directly to Google.
Response times
EzyClock is run by a small team, so a reply may take a few days. Every email is read.
